99 Kōshien is a sports game that was released exclusively in Japan and is themed around high school baseball,   99 Kōshien  was released on June 17, 1999 and was developed and published by Magical Company (also known as Mahou)

99 Kōshien is a 3D baseball game with different game modes including vs and story mode. the game unlike the previous years game this years edition opts for a more cartoony look, the 99 edition of Kōshien features editable school flags, school hymn, emblems and uniforms of the teams, the game features more realistic ball physics even with its more cartoon look, the game also allows a good amount of tactical variation with over 80 tactics in the game

In the 99 edition of the game the aim of the story is to win the  '98 Koshien Baseball championship

You guessed it another struggle to find review for this game so once again we head to GameFAQs for their user reviews, of which there are 9 in total with the game receiving an average user rating of 3.78/5 which is a slight improvement on the previous years game, wit the majority of users rating the game between 3.5/5 up to 5/5 one minor blip for the game was 0.5/5 rating.

So lets get down to business with Gamedude who along with Retrogames.co.uk and eStarland.com unsurprisingly don’t stock the game so moving on to Amazon.com where the games goes by the name MAGICAL1500 series 99 Koshien (Bargain Edition) no new copies of the game are available at the time of writing this, and the used copies are limited with only nine on sale with prices starting at $10.77 for a good quality used copy this comes with free shipping as well, that price converts to £8.28 in the UK and €9.17 in Euro zone countries, with prices reaching a high of around the $22 mark again this copy comes with free shipping from Japan.

Moving onto Ebay.com and like the previous years version of the game Ebay is light on copies, just three on sale at the time of writing, with shipping costs the cheapest you are looking at is $20 which converts to €17 or £15 the two other copies on sale are priced at around the $23 and $24 mark, which is about £18 and €20.
